We are Kagiso Mokgosi Attorneys, a law firm based in Boksburg, Johannesburg. We offer conveyancing services for all types of real estate including residential and commercial properties. Our conveyancing services include, property transfers, the opening of townships and applications to the Registrar of Deeds. Our goal is to make legal services more accessible to everyone. We want to help sellers and buyers get their properties transferred, while providing them with advice on any property issues they might be facing. We strive to provide efficient and effective conveyancing service to the property market.
We are passionate about property and believe that everyone should be able to access the legal services they need. Through efficient and effective conveyancing services, we transfer property titles from one party to another without compromising on quality or integrity of the service provided by us.
Our aim is to also assist our clients with any issues they might be facing with their properties and provide them with assistance accordingly.
ABOUT KAGISO MOKGOSI.
Ms Mokgosi attended the University of the Witwatersrand and successfully completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Law (Bcom Law) as well as an LLB degree. Upon completion of her studies and subsequent qualification thereof, she completed her articles, during which period she successfully passed all her board exams including the Conveyancing examination on her first attempt, allowing her to be simultaneously admitted as a Legal Practitioner/Attorney of the High Court of South Africa as well as a Conveyancer. Shortly thereafter, Ms Mokgosi further qualified as a Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa.
